Donate
The need for food support across North Dufferin County continues to grow.
At the Shelburne Food Bank, we are committed to supporting individuals and families in Shelburne, Melancthon, Mulmur, North Amaranth, and North Mono. With the help of our community, we are able to provide essential food to those who need it most.
We are proud to have a dedicated team of volunteers who give their time to ensure our neighbours are supported with care and respect. Because of this, 100% of all donations, both food and financial, go directly toward supporting the people we serve.
Every donation makes a real and immediate impact. Whether you’re giving food, funds, or your time, you are helping us respond to a growing need and continue supporting our community.

Most Needed Items

Larger sized diapers (sizes 4, 5, 6)

Juice boxes

Cereal

Canned fruit

Pasta noodles

Canned pasta

Peanut butter
Please keep in mind that collecting larger quantities of the same item (around 300) helps more than a mix of single items. It can supply us for up to a month and reduce our need to purchase it individually.
Fresh Garden Donations
We gratefully accept fresh produce grown in home gardens or local growing spaces. Donations of vegetables, fruits, and herbs help us provide healthier, more balanced options for the families we support.
Fresh items can be dropped off directly at the Food Bank during our donation hours:
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM

If you have a larger harvest or would like to arrange a different drop-off time, please contact us in advance.
